Order before 2pm for same day dispatch  Monday-Friday, 

Express delivery within 1 - 3 working days or Standard delivery within 2 - 8 working days.

Most orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel Express or Standard. They deliver to most major capital cities and their metropolitan areas the next day - Subject to Australia Post services*. Other orders are sent via Courier.

Online tracking is available and once your order has been dispatched we will send you shipping confirmation which includes your tracking number.

All items are delivered with Signature on Delivery. For your peace of mind a signature on delivery is required for all Garden Gizmo orders. If no-one is home to sign for your package, items will be carded for collection at the nearest Australia Post depot. Don't forget orders can also be sent to Parcel lockers for your convenience. 

Express Post guarantee currently suspended due to ongoing COVID-19 operating constraints. While Express Post is still the fastest way to get mail from A to B, we can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery right now. Items may take longer than usual to arrive. 

The Express Post Network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.

Re-Delivery Fee

We charge a re-delivery fee, at current Australia Post rates, on any orders that are returned to us due to not being collected from a Post Office within the Australia Post time-frames.

Damages and issues

Items are packed with durable strength custom made packaging to protect the items inside on the journey to you. All items are checked prior to packing and handled with great care, to ensure that each item is guaranteed to be dispatched in perfect condition. 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Garden Gizmo is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods whilst in transit; however if your item arrives damaged please contact us at helpdesk@gardengizmo.com.au.
