We are extremely confident that you will love your Garden Gizmo. However if you do not find your Garden Gizmo suitable we do offer a 30-day returns policy.

The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned in the brown shipping box along with the extras pack that it arrives with.

If your return item arrives without the extras, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

If you need to return your Garden Gizmo please email our team at helpdesk@gardengizmo.com.au with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your Garden Gizmo.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask a few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

We will send you a return shipping label for free, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a post office.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return,  you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
